Woman of the Day – Lisa Randall

Lisa Randall is a theoretical physicist, specializing in cosmology and particle physics. She was the first female tenured professor in the physics department at Princeton, as well as the first tenured female theoretical physicist at Harvard and MIT. She also wrote an opera libretto in collaboration with Hector Parra (composer) and IRCAM in France.
